Charika
Lead Assistant
Charika has been an EDDA Assistant for over 23 years. She had the pleasure to start working at MountainAire Dentistry in 2018. Dentistry is a passion of hers and meeting new people is the favorite thing about her career.
She absolutely loves what she does on a daily basis, in and outside the office. In her spare time, she enjoys singing and going to church. She has been married to her wonderful husband for over 20 years. She has four children - two girls and two boys. It’s wonderful seeing her older children adulting, and she’s also excited to say "I have one grand 'Suga'" - as you can see her family is her world.
In the meantime, she enjoys watching patients smile and be happy about their completed dental work. She also appreciates it when patients are relaxed and comfortable in her chair while having dental procedures done.
Nicole
Dental Hygienist
Nicole moved to Colorado from Chicago with her husband in 2020. She earned a B.S. from Southern Illinois University and studied dental hygiene at Malcolm X College.
Nicole loves getting to know patients and talking about oral care! In her free time Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, horseback riding, and learning to mountain bike.
Summer
Dental Hygienist
Summer is originally from Saint Charles, Missouri and is the second oldest of seven kids. She has lived in Colorado since 2018, after graduating cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene from Southern Illinois University.
She thrives to focus on each individual while being sure to educate, motivate, and answer any questions you may have during your dental visit. She is thorough yet gentle and will leave you feeling fresh, clean, and ready to smile bright.
In her free time, she enjoys live music, traveling, and relaxing with her fiancé and their fur babies.
Clarize
Dental Assistant
Clarize started working as a dental assistant at MountainAire in August 2022. Her experience here has been incredible due to her having a team that provides the best patient care and teamwork. She cannot wait to help even more in our office and give patients back their smiles!
Outside of work she enjoys the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer. She has a very friendly and loving rescue dog named Ranger and he’s been an amazing addition to her and her husband Drew’s lives.
Lauren
Office Manager
Lauren is the office manager at MountainAire Dentistry. She has worked in dentistry for 12 years, including the past six years alongside Dr. Bockrath, with the last three at MountainAire. Throughout her career, she worked in several roles within the dental field, which has given her a deep appreciation for every part of the patient experience.
She is truly passionate about what we do here at MountainAire. Leading and supporting the team with Dr. Bockrath is incredibly rewarding to her. Her goal is to foster a welcoming, organized, and positive environment where her patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in the treatment they receive. Seeing her patients relaxed, happy, and trusting in her means everything — because they genuinely care.
Outside of dentistry, her greatest joy is her family. She is married and a proud mom to a 15-month-old son, who is her "little bestie" and light of her life. She also has three pets whom she loves and adores. She also enjoys planting, doing photography, being outdoors, exploring new restaurants, traveling, and embracing experiences that allow for personal growth and connection.
Rochelle
Front Desk Associate
Rochelle spent a decade in dental assisting before making the move to the front office, so she knows the ins and outs of the practice from every angle. Dentistry comes naturally to her, and she loves helping patients feel comfortable and taken care of from the moment they walk in.
When she’s not at work, she’s at home with her spouse and their four fur babies, soaking up the cozy life.
